On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WashQuote → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → WashQuote → Cancel. On web: app.washquote.app → Settings → Manage Billing.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You can reactivate within that window.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I use WashQuote on multiple devices?
Yes — your account syncs across all devices. Sign in with the same email on any iPhone, Android, or web browser.
How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling?
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → tap "Restore Purchases". This restores any active subscription linked to your Apple ID or Google account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We never store payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
